JOHANNA WINS STYLISTA

In the season finale of STYLISTA, Johanna, a China Military Analyst from Washington, DC, was awarded the grand prize, which includes a paid editorial position at Elle magazine, a paid lease on a great apartment in Manhattan, and a clothing allowance at H&M, all for one year, valued at $100,000.

This season on STYLISTA, eleven aspiring fashion enthusiasts vied for a much-coveted editorial job with Elle magazine.  They worked as assistants to Elle’s Fashion News Director, Anne Slowey, a demanding but well-respected fashion icon.  The competitors carried out an assistant task and a fashion editorial assignment in each episode.

Each week, in consultation with Elle’s Creative Director, Joe Zee, Anne fired one person, until Johanna, the last assistant standing, was “promoted” to the coveted real-life job opportunity. In the finale, the contestants interviewed with Roberta Myers, editor-in-chief of Elle magazine.  For their final challenge, the contestants designed a cover featuring Grammy-winner Eve.

13 - FEAR IS REAL TO PREMIERE WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 7

cast-small.jpg

“13 - FEAR IS REAL”, a spine-tingling new eight-episode series combining the horror genre with a reality show format, will premiere January 7, 2009.

Thirteen people compete to “stay alive” as they face their deepest fears in an all-out elimination competition and scare-fest.  Pitted against each other in situations straight from the horror movies, the 13 will face shocking surprises, psychological scares and lots of “beware of the dark” moments, all designed by a “mastermind” of terror.  In addition to frightening them, he’ll also entice individuals to work in concert with him and against the others, creating a situation in which the 13 will not only look over their shoulders but will also never be certain who is real before them.

Each week, one unlucky victim will be “killed off” via frightening challenges and game-playing until only one person is left to win the grand prize of – fittingly – $66,666.

“13 – Fear Is Real” is produced by Magic Molehill Productions, Inc. and Warner Horizon Television Inc. in association with Jay Bienstock Productions and Ghost House Pictures with executive producers Jay Bienstock (“Survivor,” “The Apprentice”), Sam Raimi (the “Spider-Man” films, “The Evil Dead” films) & Robert Tapert (“The Evil Dead” films, “The Grudge” films).
