Ringer Creators Eric Charmelo and Nicole Snyder, Stars Ioan Gruffudd and Kris Polaha Answer Fan Questions
Ringer creators Eric Charmelo and Nicole Snyder and stars Ioan Gruffudd and Kris Polaha answered fan questions at The CW Network:
What can tell us about the upcoming episodes in the 2nd half of this season?
Expect twist after twist after twist. You think a story line is going to go in one direction, and then it changes. We’ll get to see more behind the twins’ motives.
The twins obviously have a tumultuous past. What can you reveal about their history?
There is a pivotal incident that drove the sisters apart, and we’ll learn what that event was. We’ll also get to see what Siobhan’s path of revenge will be and will follow Bridget’s path of redemption.
(For Kris Polaha) Is there a different dynamic when you are working with Sarah Michelle Gellar as Siobhan and Sarah as Bridget?
Character-wise, there is chemistry between Henry and Siobhan, and not with Bridget. You can definitely feel the difference when acting with Sarah as Siobhan vs. Sarah as Bridget.
Why did you kill off Gemma?
We don’t like red heads. – Nicole Snyder, red head.
But in reality, we didn’t know at the beginning that she would be killed. But by writing this in, we were able to shape this chapter of the series.
Gossip Girl Executive Producers Joshua Safran and Stephanie Savage Answer Questions about the 100th Episode
Gossip Girl Executive Producers Joshua Safran and Stephanie Savage answered fan questions about the 100th episode today at The CW Network:
How much effort went into deciding Blair’s wedding dress and party setup?
The crew has essentially been planning her wedding since the Pilot. There was a ton of detailed work that went into creating this picture-perfect celebration. We always wanted to use a Vera Wang dress since she is such a staple of New York fashion.
Were any alternate scenes filmed for the episode / has it been hard to keep the outcome a secret?
We were very careful with regards to filming and utilizing extras for the episode. We’d bring them in for a bit and ask them to leave for plot revealing scenes. We wanted to tease a bit with her dress pictures, but that’s about it.
Can you touch on reaching the 100th episode milestone?
In this industry it’s very tough to reach 100 episodes. A show is basically considered a real success when it gets there, so it was a very big deal that we made it. We are extremely proud.
Did you include many references to the Pilot episode?
Yes, we went back and utilized certain aspects of the Pilot that we thought true fans would get a kick out of. They are subtle, but help make the episode richer with content.
Why is the priest so invested in the outcome of the wedding?
He is striving to receive royal attention. He wants the ear of the royal family and to strengthen his standing within the Church.
Will Diana be making a comeback / is their potentially love on the horizon for Nate?
Diana will definitely be coming back. Nate is at a place in his life where he has been treated poorly by both family and friends. He’ll be able to use this when meeting the right person. That’s all we’ll say.
The Secret Circle Executive Producer Andrew Miller sat down today at The CW network to answer fan questions about tomorrow’s episode, “Balcoin” airing at 9/8c:
Can the circle really trust Jake?
No one is sure if they can trust Jake yet. He really does care for Cassie but who knows where that will lead him.
Is Jake going to be a regular on the show?
We like him a lot and he has brought a lot out of the cast. We hope to use him in more episodes down the road.
What’s going on with Jane’s memory?
The spell that Charles and Dawn put on Jane didn’t work as well as they might have hoped. For Cassie, it is going to toss her world around a little bit, in some sense she is losing the last family member she has.
Why aren’t the kids suspicious of their parents with everything that is going on?
In the very near future the kids will begin to question their parents actions.
What is going to happen to Melissa post Nick’s death?
Nick’s death will show to be an empowering experience for Melissa which may turn her away from Faye.
Will the tension in Adam and Cassie’s relationship come up again?
Yes, we will see that tension come back very quickly!

Watch a preview of Thursday’s all new episode of The Vampire Diaries!
The Vampire Diaries Executive Producer Julie Plec sat down yesterday at The CW network to answer fan questions about tonight’s episode, “The End of The Affair” airing at 8/7c:
How far will the “originals” storyline extend this season?
Definitely the whole way! It ties in from many places, and there are many characters that will be introduced along the way. We will meet an “original” mother in the past, and see Elijah again most likely. The show is about bloodlines, and the originals are critical to that theme.
What is the deal with Damon and Elena?
So far there has been no admission of chemistry from Elena towards Damon. There’s certainly an elephant in the room whenever they are together. In upcoming episodes, this will be addressed!
When will we see Bonnie again?
Bonnie returns next week from a summer with the normal side of her family. She comes back eager to find out what she’s been missing.
How will the event with Caroline’s father affect her character?
Before this, Caroline’s strength came from her father, but now she realizes that her mother is there for her as well. She will certainly channel the experience and become wiser in response.
What is going on with the ghosts ?
There is definitely an agenda that goes beyond making amends with the living. When Bonnie returns, there will be tension between her and Jeremy around the issue. The emotional consequences of bringing him back to life will be illuminated through his interactions with Vicky and Anna.
Will there be any big deaths in the near future?
This show is known for that, but you know I can’t reveal anything!
