AMANDA AND TOMMY WIN BEAUTY AND THE GEEK

batg-finale.jpg

In the season finale of Beauty and the Geek, after a thrilling race across Los Angeles, the winning team was Amanda, the Hawaiian Tropic Model, and Tommy, the Sweater Vest Enthusiast.
Among this season’s challenges, the geeks were in-studio guests with Dr. Drew on the nationally syndicated radio program “Loveline,” while the beauties got all dolled up in their best plumbing outfits and learned to clean clogged pipes. They also joined the geeks for a cameo on the #1 daytime drama “The Young and the Restless.”

From the producing team of Ashton Kutcher and Jason Goldberg (“Punk’d”), the fifth season of The CW’s hit reality show “Beauty and the Geek” originally surprised the contestants when they learned they would be competing not as beauty/geek pairs but beauties vs. geeks.

Beauty and the Geek

From the producing team of Ashton Kutcher and Jason Goldberg (“Punk’d”), The CW’s hit reality show “Beauty and the Geek” returns with an outrageously competitive fifth season, where the new contestants learn they will be competing not as beauty/geek pairs but beauties vs. geeks. The season premieres Tuesday, March 11 (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET).

The contestants include nine gorgeous but academically impaired women and nine brilliant but socially challenged men. The challenges will test intellect and social skills to give contestants a chance to win the $250,000 grand prize.

Among the new challenges, the geeks will be in-studio guests with Dr. Drew on the nationally syndicated radio program “Loveline” and will learn if they have an eye for fashion when providing make-unders to the beauties. Beauty and the Geek

David Olsen and Jasmine Moore were revealed as the winners of the fourth season of BEAUTY AND THE GEEK, taking home the $250,000 grand prize.
Beauty and the Geek
For the first time ever, BEAUTY AND THE GEEK placed the decision of who should win in the hands of America, and the voters chose David, the LARP-er and his partner Jasmine, the nanny, over their competition, Sam and Nicole, who changed the game as a male beauty and female geek.

This season’s challenges saw the geeks rapping, beauties handling snakes and bugs, and teams working together to create their own superhero at Comic-Con. Teams also traveled to their partners’ hometowns to meet their friends and families.

BEAUTY AND THE GEEK IS BACK

THE HIT REALITY SHOW RETURNS FOR A FOURTH SEASON… WITH A TWIST
From the producing team of Ashton Kutcher and Jason Goldberg (“Punk’d”), The CW hit reality show BEAUTY AND THE GEEK returns with an outrageously fun fourth season where the new contestants are thrown a curveball that is as shocking as it is hilarious.

JoshuaThe contestants expected business as usual — gorgeous but academically impaired women pairing with brilliant but socially challenged men to test intellect and social skills for a chance to win the $250,000 grand prize. But in their first days, they learn that they’ll have to compete against one pair that’s the opposite – a hot guy and a geeky girl – which immediately throws the rest of the house into turmoil. How will the geeks take to a jock in their midst? Will the beauties try to give a makeover to the geeky girl?

Among the new challenges, the geeks will perform an autobiographical rap in a nightclub and participate in the ultimate social test: the competition for Prom King. The beauties will delve into today’s hot topics for the first-ever American Beauty Debate and go back to basics when they find themselves serving as a substitute teacher for a third-grade class. Each of the previous seasons resulted in an unlikely romantic connection between a beauty and a geek. But what happens when one hot guy and one geeky girl get in on the action?

During each competition, the geek tries to pass brains on to the beauty, while the beauty helps the geek overcome social awkwardness. At the end of the 13-week series, each contestant comes out a changed person, and one couple will walk away with a quarter of a million dollars.

BEAUTY AND THE GEEK is from fox21 and is produced by Katalyst Films and 3 Ball Productions with executive producers Ashton Kutcher & Jason Goldberg (“Guess Who,” “Punk’d”), Nick Santora (“Prison Break,” “The Sopranos”), J.D. Roth (“The Biggest Loser,” “For Love or Money”) and Todd A. Nelson (“The Biggest Loser,” “For Love or Money”).
