CAST MEMBERS OF REAPER, SMALLVILLE, AND SUPERNATURAL DISCUSS THE NEW SEASONS OF THEIR SHOWS
Comic Con International, the world’s largest comic book convention, was held this July in San Diego, and the stars of The CW were on hand to meet the fans, represent their shows, and talk about what’s in store for the new season.
Director Kevin Smith, who helmed the pilot of Reaper, led a panel discussion and a screening of the show. The CW’s new series follows a young man who discovers that his parents made a deal with the devil, and that he must now serve as Satan’s bounty hunter, tracking down souls that have escaped from hell. Erica Durance attended Comic Con to talk about the coming season of Smallville and the future of her character Lois Lane, which includes a position at a certain Metropolis newspaper. Durance’s new co-star Laura Vandervoort joins the cast this season as Clark Kent’s Kryptonian cousin Kara, better known as Supergirl. Supernatural Executive Producer Eric Kripke visited San Diego and promised that Season Three of his series would be the “biggest and most thrilling season yet,” while star Jensen Ackles discussed how his character will be affected by the deadly deal he made at the end of last season.
